Well , In today's sophisticated and technology driven world ,all are in need of a niche and productive lifestyle.We are so busy with our own world that we often  avoid  living a healthy and disciplined  life . With my life experience , I have learnt to change the negative and unproductive lifestyle into the most effective and creative lifestyle  with the help of a few easy  tips .

First let us know what actually the lifestyle is all about.





WHAT IS A LIFESTYLE?


Well, the way of living of an individual who exhibits in dealing with  the surroundings on a day to day basis creates a lifestyle .

In the simple words, a manner of living or existence of a forging  sense of self and to create cultural symbols that resonate with personal identity leads to lifestyle. For instance, lifestyle that we lead in our general way depends on how we arrange  our environment , health ,fashion trends , design and decors, food and recipes etc. A simple lifestyle takes place only when it is organised systematically and productively.

FRUGAL TIPS FOR BETTER LIFESTYLE -


1. SIMPLICITY STATEMENT IN LIFE 

Life can be complex or simple ,what all depends is how you shape it .To simplify something is to make it less  complex and easier to understand . When you simplify, you make things clearer. Therefore, creating the simplicity statement will lead to a well- maintained life . when you simplify, you are eliminating the clutter and reducing something to its essence .

                                    


2. ESTABLISHING ROUTINES

Daily routine is must in everyone's lifestyle.We all know that creating a daily routine is necessary , but getting to implement it is too hard.  If you look into most successful peoples’ lives, you will realize that they follow a fixed schedule, which has helped them to build productivity habits over the time. Routines like from the minute you wake up in the morning to the time you go to sleep. You should focus on what is your  whole day's systematic schedule , jot down the work list, develop evening rituals and be realistic as much as you can .

                                                  


3. DAILY FITNESS HABIT

We are all well aware of the significance of daily exercise and fitness. It keeps are body fit and active all the time. Even after knowing the value of it, we make the plan to adopt the fitness in our daily schedule but fails while implementing it and the plan remains the dream forever.

don't worry guys! I have been through such situation and i was at my worse condition but i motivated my self for living productive life and adding fitness to my lifestyle. How did i do that? Well, nothing great but just three things. Just download three apps -

i). HOME WORKOUT -NO EQUIPMENT- For your daily exercises routine.

ii). GOAL TRACKER AND HABIT LIST - For tracking your exercise records.

iii). SPOTIFY - For good encouraging background musics.

You can start doing meditation after the exercise just for five or ten minutes.Meditation not only keeps our mind calm but also gives a way to look all the negative things as positive things.It keeps you focused and alert towards your target and provides the inner peace.

4. LIMIT YOUR MEDIA CONSUMPTION

Media is the mode of expressing emotions,communicating and reaching out of the information from one person to another. Where social media has become a huge part of everyone's life .Social media is everywhere and it's not going anywhere either. The unlimited consumption of media not only destroys once lifestyle but also can be the reason for the death. There are certain such diseases that have affected humans so worst,we cannot even imagine.It's not an easy thing for coping up with the consumption,but reducing your usage will free up time to spend more  on productive things and help you to be more focused. You can adopt following few tips for limiting your social media usage-

a)  Keep the unnecessary apps out of your sight .Try moving the apps away from the home  screen and folders to avoid overindulging.

b) Turn off notifications.Put your phone either on airplane mode or out of  your reach .

c)  Be selective in your responses to the  notifications you get. You do not have to really reply back all time.

d) Use productive apps like FOREST ,OFFTIME, MOMENT, STAY ON TASK and many more.



                                                          

5. SIMPLIFY YOUR COMPUTING LIFE

Decluttering all the unnecessary files and documents in your system will make your life well organised and clearer .

Less stuff, less spending will lead to less freneticism. Learn to live frugally.

7. EDIT YOUR ROOM AND WARDROBE

The productivity takes place when we eliminate the stuff that requires huge space. For instance, talking about rooms, we can decorate and organize rooms by using all the essential materials instead of filling them with unnecessary things. You can reuse the things that can be used for decorating the room. Whereas, the wardrobe is the favorite space for everyone but it’s also important to keep it organised. We can declutter the clothes we generally don’t use and can reuse that clothes for decoration purposes or can donate it to the needy , if it is in a good condition. This will really help you to be a minimalist and to live a simple  lifestyle .

8. EAT SUSTAINABLY

“A groundwork of all  happiness is a good health.”- LEIGH HUNT. A healthy and wealthy lifestyle is everyone’s dream to add in their life, but it all occurs when we have a proper diet of eating . Eating all nutritious and mineral based food nourishes our body. It provides all the strength and energy that is required by all the time due to our busy working life. A healthy diet keeps an individual to stay focused on the goals. Make a healthy diet schedule. 9. MAKE YOUR HOUSE MINIMALIST

A minimal house means organizing your living in a small house with less space. Proper utilization of the space for various purposes lead to home minimalism.
When you will cover up the empty space at your house with the stuff that is in need , you will turn up with a well organised house with the minimal and comfortable place. 


 

10. INCULCATE READING HABITS

How much time it has been for you not to read any kind of book ? When did you read the last book ? Are you a beginner to start reading books? Well, this is the question which pops up in our minds often , but we never talk about it or implement it in our day to day to life. We waste our tons of hours watching either Netflix or scrolling through social media. Develop the habit of reading books, e-books or listen to audio books which not only provides you knowledge but also helps to improve your English speaking skills through the advanced number of vocabularies. Books are all time best friends or companion you can have.

                                      

11. FILL YOUR DAY WITH SIMPLE SMALL PLEASURE

Well, the real happiness and relaxation comes through making ourselves happy. Keep celebrating your  small success alone by  giving  away the rewards such as treating yourself with ice cream, buying a gift for yourself or a book, watching your favorite movies or anything that will keep you motivated.

                                                    

12. START WRITING A JOURNAL

How was your day? How did you feel after a long stressful working day? Are you okay? 
These are some questions we expect from our close one to ask but due to the busy life and digital media era , no one actually have time to think about each other . But, there is someone that is waiting for you to express yourself anytime. Journal ! tada tda…….. Yes , I am talking about journals, It is the only one that is in most of our life from ages and no matter whatever happens , how much we feel alone but it will stay forever as our best companion. It provides relief from all the emotions and  stress we have. If you have not yet started with this, i will recommend you to start it straight away after reading this post. I can assure you, from above mentioned tips , this is the my most favorite and useful method that I adopted in my life for keeping me always productive and focused.
