HOW AND WHY SELF CONTROL?!!

A warm welcome to you all to my first ever blog. I am Manisha Koshyari, a Lifestyle Blogger, and content writer.
I thought of writing this blog due to the lack of self-control, especially in today's youth. self anxiety leads to low esteem which is not a good sign for a healthy and wealthy lifestyle.
Now the question arises how and why self anxiety? why should we focus more on self-control?
according to my research and my own experience with such disorder, the people who mainly focus on the trends or what is happening in other's life rather than focusing on their own self faces the anxiety harshly. We are observing others' lifestyles, how they are dealing with such situations, we follow their hacks or method of getting rid of the problems.
Social media is your life now. if something happens with you, whether you broke up or you lose your close one, you just either post it as your Whatsapp status or as an Instagram story. I am not an angel or very decent, even I used to do that.
But I stopped for a minute and asked myself - why this? is it going to heal me? instead of thinking about my pain, about my broken emotions, I was burdened with the bulk of stress of no one is liking the story or status of Whatsapp. the thoughts entered my mind like nobody really cares, life is done, and so on. and eventually anxiety takes birth and you feel so low for no reason, isn't it?
Let us focus on the below questions, you will understand better about what I want to express-
Have we ever been the victim of anxiety in our childhood?
Have we ever been depressed about anything when we were kids?
I know your answer will be no and that was so because we used to find happiness even in the little things. from the scolding of our parents to the fights with our siblings and friends, we were not so impatient.
Gone those days, when we used to keep exploring everything and finding the solutions for every question together, playing, singing, dancing, roaming, and enjoying the smallest happiness altogether, life was so perfect, isn't it?
THEN WHY WE RUSH OVER BEING THE PERFECTIONIST WHEH WE GROW UP?
Does it even matter to be flawless or right all the time?
We get life for once and that one chance if we waste on conspiring about doing everything right, then we actually become the victim of self anxiety.
WHAT EXACTLY WE CAN DO TO COPE UP WITH SUCH DISORDER?
have a glance at the following six S's -:
Self-concept- who am I?
ask yourself the first question standing in front of the mirror who exactly you are? what do you think about your own personality? do you really love yourself? once you are able to find out the answers to all these questions, I assure you that you are going to praise the beautiful and new side of your own instantly.
Self-awareness
once you are done with self conceptualizing, focus on where are you lacking. Try to do complete research about your likes and dislikes, strength, and weakness. what is your true happiness? let's say you generally don't like to paint but maybe that can be your hidden talent you never come across. after having awareness about your self, you will know about your skills.
Self - esteem
self-esteem is the positive or negative valuation of your own self. how exactly you feel about it. change your perception of finding yourself as a looser.challenge your negative beliefs.learn to say no.identify positive about yourself.always have healthy self-esteem.
self-control and management
self-management plays a significant role when you have any kind of anxiety disorder. If you know the reason for your emotions, you can control them or ask for help. the best way of controlling your self is whatever you are feeling just jot it down on a piece of paper. recognize it, analyze it, and try to manage it.
self-confidence
when you start accepting your imperfections, your self-confidence takes place. self-confidence means having a positive perception and attitude towards your skills and capabilities.set the bar high enough and start competing with your self. believe in yourself always.
self- care
now after working over in finding the reason for self anxiety, you have to take proper care of your own self first. you have to take time for nourishing and nurturing your little soul.
do what makes you happy.
forgive yourself for your mistakes.
aim for a healthy diet.
add meditation, exercise, and yoga in your daily routine.
treat yourself with a solo trip.
have a solo date with your own self.
